We collect as little as possible. Many people who sign the LIFE Pledge are under 18, so we treat every visitor’s privacy with care.

The LIFE Pledge

We ask only for your first name, city and age group. Only your first name and city may appear on the public pledge wall. We never ask for your phone, school or photo.

Help questions

You can ask without giving your name. Help questions are never shown on the website and are read only by our trained help team.

Other forms

Contact, volunteer, booking and event forms are used only to reply to you and organise our work. We don’t sell or share your details.
