Signs of ice use in teenagers: what parents should look for
LIFE Team · 10 October 2026 · 1 min read
Many parents tell us they only noticed when things were already serious. The good news: early signs exist, and acting early makes a real difference.
Look for changes that last more than a week or two: staying awake for long periods and then sleeping for a day, sudden weight loss, new friends you have never met, anger over small things, and money or items going missing.
One sign alone does not prove drug use. Teenagers go through many changes. What matters is a pattern — and opening a calm conversation.
